3 Easy Vegan Smoothie Recipes

I do believe in indulging occasionally, but when your indulgence can also give your body a healthy boost, why not?! These are my favorite smoothies because they do just that – they fill my body with vitamins and nutrients, and they’re delicious.

Revitalizing Vitamin C Smoothie

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup of coconut (or almond) milk
    This smoothie is perfect for days when you feel like you need an extra boost to get through the day. Packed with vitamin C, this drink will not only revitalize you from the inside out, it will brighten up tired and dull skin. This is my go-to smoothie when I need a pick-me-up.

Calming Banana Smoothie

  • 1 Banana
  •  3/4 Cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Honey (Or Agave Nectar for Vegan)
  • Ice
    When my stomach is upset, this smoothie is my favorite. The mellow taste of the banana is perfect for calming nerves and nausea. Bananas are packed with potassium which are great for stomach aches and keeping you hydrated.

Morning Coffee Shake

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup of cold-brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 scoop of vegan vegetable protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
  • 1/2 Tsp of Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla (if you used unflavored protein powder)
    This is probably my favorite shake to have for breakfast right now… It’s delicious and has just the right amount of caffeine to wake me up, and protein to hold me over until lunch!
